Shipping and returns

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States only. For shipping outside the US, request a quote.
• Ships in 3–5 business days from our facility in Corpus Christi, Texas, by UPS Ground. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
• Each tool ships in its own box. Shipping is charged per tool, by box size:

• Online orders are limited to 5 tools. For larger quantities, request a quote.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, including on shipping where state law requires it.

Returns

• Unused tools in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at [email protected] or +1 361-884-9351 for a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without one may be refused.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item.
• We refund the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defect.
• Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within 10 days if anything is missing, wrong or damaged in transit.
• Defective products are covered by our 12-month limited warranty. See the Terms of sale.
